Pro Sports Assembly Adds New Staff

The New Hires Will Lead Business Operations & Events and Membership & Engagement As Organization’s First Full-Time Staff

Austin, TX - January 12, 2023 – Pro Sports Assembly (PRO), the association for professional sports business leaders, has announced it has added three new staff members to its team: Nicholas Cupo, Katrina Dorsey and Sarah Tucker.

Cupo, who will serve as Spring Intern, is a fourth-year student in the Sport Management program with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin where he plans to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health in May 2023.

Dorsey, who will lead Membership & Engagement, is responsible for the strategic development and execution of membership activities, including engagement, education, recruitment and retention. With over a decade of experience in sports & entertainment, she began her career in sports philanthropy at the Tiger Woods Foundation, has worked at Spurs Sports and Entertainment and more recently served on the inaugural leadership team at Allegiant Stadium an ASM Global venue and home of the NFLs Las Vegas Raiders.

Tucker, who will lead Business Operations & Events, joins PRO with several years of non-profit event management and business operations experience as she previously served as Assistant Director for URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp from 2017-21 and more recently worked in team operations for the Cheez-It Bowl and Cheez-It Citrus Bowl while also serving as a Graduate Assistant at the DeVos Sports Business Management Program at University of Central Florida.
