Twenty Exceptional Professional Sports Leaders Selected for the Second Cohort of the VP Circle with The Venn Collective

Elevating Performance, Innovation, and Strategic Influence Across the Industry

Austin, TX - November 6, 2025 –  Pro Sports Assembly ("PRO"), the association for professional sports organizations and business leaders is proud to introduce 20 leaders selected for the second cohort of the VP Circle with The Venn Collective.

The VP Circle with The Venn Collective is an elite cohort-based leadership experience for Pro Sports Assembly members. Through the VP Circle, the Cohort gains new relationships and resources to maintain their trajectory as high-influence leaders. Together they will drive impactful outcomes, and elevate their organization within the professional sports industry. The Venn Collective supports professionals in honing their leadership skills and refining their individual leadership styles. Through initiatives like the VP Circle, Pro Sports Assembly is preparing members to lead the next trillion-dollar industry.

The Cohort begins their work with an introduction to "Flow”, a state of peak performance and energized focus. Throughout the program, their practices will help them gain mastery of the tools and strategies needed to foster high-performance environments both for themselves and their teams. Additionally, the relationships and resources gained will provide advanced techniques in coaching, goal-setting, delegation, and fostering environments of collaboration and innovation. Cohort 2 culminates with a pitch competition at Pro Sports Assembly’s flagship event, The Assembly: Pro Sports Leadership Retreat, taking place in Austin, TX in August 2026.

Applications and nominations are now open for Cohort 2 VP Circle with The Venn Collective, those selected will join an elite alumni community driving value for the pro sports industry. Cohort 2 begins later this fall. The Cohort meets monthly in virtual sessions and in-person for their capstone presentations at The Assembly 2026. The deadline to apply is September 5.
