Pro Sports Assembly provides professional sports’ next generation of top leaders and problem-solvers the opportunity to refine and hone their leadership skills while building relationships across the professional disciplines, geographies, and structures from which they come (team, league, union, venue, former player).

PRO offers development opportunities to support members on their journey to become more influential and impactful leaders. Through PRO’s Learning and Leadership Development programs, members engage in live learning experiences alongside fellow members.

Activism and Allyship: A Workshop with A Long Talk

The purpose of the Activism and Allyship leadership workshop is to empower participants with tools and skills to identify and challenge structural inequities in the United States. Through education to inform their allyship, participants engage in an energizing and activating ongoing conversation focused on facts, gaining perspective, and problem-solving, leading to individual and cooperative responsibility. In essence, the immersive experience is an honest conversation among professional colleagues about how to leverage and share in the pursuit of inclusive leadership in professional sports and our daily lives.

According to the Harvard Business Review, inclusive leadership significantly improves business results by fostering higher innovation revenue (up to 73%), better performance in new markets (up to 70%), increased profitability (up to 36%). Inclusive Leadership presented by Sodexo Live! equips participants with the skills to become exceptional leaders who foster a culture that embraces belonging, fairness, and respect. In today’s ever-evolving landscape, all leaders will need guiding principles to have effective leadership and create organizational success. Inclusive leadership is not limited to those in specialized roles; it is a practice that everyone can apply to create more collaborative, innovative, and supportive environments to move the organizational needle forward.
